The
Power of Christ Ministries (P.O.C.) has been able by the grace of God
to impact this community with its Outreach Ministries including the
community clean up campaign. The
P.O.C. has worked to change the look of this community by re-establishing
the Community Association, working with the people, the Southwest Police,
and Congresswoman Agnes Welsh.
The P.O.C. Outreach Ministry is grateful to the Benet House through
Bon Secours
Hospital and the Haven Nursing
Home for opening their doors to our teaching ministry.
This ministry has been blessed of God to have purchased two additional
buildings. One of the buildings
is adjacent to the church which will give additional space to Worship
and house the P.O.C. Multi-purpose
Center and the other building
house our Administrative Offices.
Power of Christ Ministries is a growing body of believers and
with the leadership of Pastor Anderson; we are charged and ready to
meet the needs of the community.
Our goal and purpose is to build a partnership between the church
and the community for the benefit of all.
Pastor Anderson has become the Spiritual Leader of this community;
he is committed to a positive change that first starts with each person
looking at themselves for personal development through the knowledge
of the Savior of the world. Pastor
Anderson wants you to remember that you are just one true prayer away
from the open door that leads to life and life more abundantly in Jesus
Christ.
Determined,
